Open Office Space/ Become a Partner

As of December 1 2024, there are no office spaces available in The Wimberly Center for Community Development. Be sure to check back frequently for updates!

How to become a partner (tenant):

1. Complete the Community Partner Expression of Interest Form
2. The tenant review committee will review your application
3. Upon approval, potential partners will complete the Real Estate License Agreement
4. The lease is deemed effective once verified proof of insurance is provided
